We offer US shipping with the United States Postal Service. All non-pre order items will take approximately 2-7 days to ship.

Pre-order/ Made to order

All "Pre-Order" items are 100% made to order to provide a sustainable approach to the industry. As a result of this, orders will take 2-8 weeks to ship.

International shipping

Exchanges and Store credit

Returns and Exchanges

If you need to make an exchange, have received faulty/damaged merchandise, or are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to contact@vivacarpe.com. Currently we only accept exchanges or store credit within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Any shipping fees for returns are at the customers cost.
